OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

Head: Director of Festivals & Major Events.

Operations aka Ops, is responsible for everything you see at our festivals and events that aren’t the musicians - the temporary infrastructure, stages, waste management (i.e. Enviro and Ecology) signage and more. The Workforce and Event Experience Departments are housed within Operations. Speak with Workforce if you have any Operations related queries.

OPS SUB-DEPARTMENT: WORKFORCE

Head: Workforce Manager

Looks after the recruitment, onboarding and payroll for all casual staff and volunteers. On-site, Workforce are your point of contact for any hiring related issues, as well as anything you’d like to escalate.

This department looks after customer service and upgrade spaces (for example, glamping and VIP).

This department manages all aspects of ticketing for our events. They build and maintain ticketing systems and websites. They oversee all event entry points (gates) and box offices.
